Mindfulness in Motion

Active meditation involves incorporating physical movement and sensory awareness into meditative practices, offering an alternative to traditional seated meditation. It's a way to bring mindfulness into daily activities and can be particularly beneficial for those who find it challenging to sit still.

Shift the focus from stillness to movement, integrating mindful awareness into physical activities.

Utilize different senses to ground you in the present moment.

Become more attuned to your physical sensations and bodily needs.

Enhance your ability to concentrate on tasks.

Create a healthy outlet for stress and pent-up energy.

Process and release emotions in a healthy and constructive way.

Connect to the here and now while engaging in an activity.

With simple tools + acrylic paint, create your Sacred DOTS Mandala, combining

Prayer dots...

Gratitude dots...

Alchemical dots...

Manifestation dots...

Access the benefits of active meditation while creating a beautiful dot mandala worthy of hanging in your home or office.

Dear Dotted Ones,

I have tried and failed countless times to meditate in the traditional manner. There's just too much going on in my mind to quiet it down! LOL About 10 or more years ago, I discovered dot mandala making. And you know me, I jumped in with both feet.

Then I discovered that I felt refreshed, relaxed, and renewed each time I completed a session with my dotting rods. After a little bit of research, I learned about Active Meditation and realized I had stumbled upon the meditation practice that could bring me into mindfulness.

Of course I immediately added this to my creative spiritual practice!

During our time together I will take you through the steps to create your own Sacred DOTS Mandala painting. But it is SO much more than that! Not only is this a form of active meditation, it is:

  • Intentional Creativity® because ya know we're going to set our intentions.
  • A ritual of release - letting go of what you no longer want in your life.
  • A prayer from a prayer warrior (that would be you).
  • Magickal manifestation as you call to yourself what you desire.
  • Gratitude giving, because you will give thanks to the Ancestors and Source for guilding you.

Who knows - after spending 3 hours with me painting, praying, meditating, and moving what's stuck you may decide to add it to your creative practice too!

There is no experience needed. Just a willingness to allow the thoughts that cause chaos in your mind and heart to trail off, release them, and call in what you desire.

Will you join me?

Clearing the chaos with dots,

Sangoma Naa Kwarley

P.S.: If you have littles in your household, have them join you. Make it a family affair!

Sacred DOTS Mandala

Doing Our Thing Sovereignly

Sangoma Naa Kwarley is your Guide for this mindfulness experience.

PAINT your own Sacred DOTS Mandala in a step-by-step process to reach a meditative state, release what no longer serves you, offer prayers for yourself or others, call in your intentions, and give gratitude for it all.

Many experience challenges meditating in traditional ways. Active Meditation allows you to access a state of meditation while engaging in intentional acts. In doing so, you will be able to release, relax, relate, and realize that which you choose to be a focus in your life.

The course is delivered via Zoom, where we can gather in quantum community. Together, we will raise our collective vibration, witness one another, and be witnessed.

Allow the rhythmic motion of dot-making to lull you into a state of peace and tranquility.

You will be amazed at how quickly you are able to quiet the noise and distractions, and achieve a true meditative state.
